We are excited to start a new message series this weekend. Check out the blog post right before this one to get some background info on Character Counts and the reason why we are doing this series.

The first message in the series is on the first pillar: Trustworthy

Jesus had shown himself to be trustworthy and dependable all throughout his ministry. The centurion in Matthew 9:18-29 firmly believed that Jesus could bring his daughter back to life and the blind men believed that Jesus could restore their sight. When we put on the character of Christ we are to show ourselves to be worthy of people’s trust. Honesty and reliability should be marks of a Christian.

What would it look like in our dealings with others if we trusted everything they said? Some people would undoubtably call us foolish and naive, but can you imagine what that would look like?
